Residence Les Gentianes is located in an imposing position in the centre of the village with lake and mountain views. It was originally a hotel and is now being converted into luxury apartments. The conversion programme has commenced and is scheduled for completion before the Christmas season 2008. 


Directly beside the ‘les Gentianes’ are the lifts taking one to the top of the Memises. The recent addition of an extra run, with fully-installed snow cannons, from the upper slopes back to the village, terminates at Les Gentianes, which is in A1 position directly beside the main gondola lifts taking one back up the mountain. It is possible to ski right back to your apartment!


Local amenities such as hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets etc, surround the development.


You may Purchase ‘Off Plan’ now and reservations are currently being accepted for a range of two & three bedroom apartments, the majority being with en-suite facilities.  All apartments have balconies or terraces and all have delightful lake or mountain views, some with both.


Prices range from 188,000 to 345,000 Euros. These apartments are being built to excellent standards and at this early stage it maybe possible to accommodate some interior layout changes should the purchaser require them.


At present, subject to contract, we are accepting a 5% reservation deposit, and balance upon completion.
